First Aid Training Courses
Every employer employing more than 10 and for every 50 employees thereafter, must send an employee to attend an accredited First Aid course. This is an Occupational Health and Safety Act and Department of Employment and Labour compliance requirement.
First Aid Training
First aid training is a lifesaving skill that enables family members, friends, bystanders and fellow employees to assist patients who are injured until professional help or the emergency services arrive. Knowing first aid and what to do in the initial stages of an emergency could mean the difference between life and recovery or permanent disability or death, so offer your help to all patients who might need your first aid and CPR skills. We encourage all first aiders to keep themselves current and familiar with first aid knowledge and practical skills, by attending a first aid course every 3 years.
