What is an OHS Risk Assessment?
One of our experienced OHS practitioners will visit your premises to conduct a comprehensive on-site assessment of your workplace. The assessment includes:
- Identification of workplace hazards and who may be affected
- Evaluation and ranking of associated risks
- Assessment of existing control measures
- Photographic evidence where applicable
- Practical recommendations for reducing or eliminating identified risks
- Written report detailing the findings
Following the assessment, you’ll receive a comprehensive report that can be used to develop an effective risk management plan aimed at creating a healthier, safer, more prepared, and more compliant working environment.
How often should risk assessments be conducted?
We recommend conducting a comprehensive workplace risk assessment annually, as well as whenever significant workplace changes occur, such as the introduction of new equipment, machinery, work processes, premises, or legislative requirements. Regular reviews ensure that new hazards are identified and risks continue to be managed effectively.

Small company size or Low Risk:
1-day R8,750.00 ex VAT (½ day assessment, ½ day report)
Medium company size or Medium Risk:
2-days R15,000.00 ex VAT (1 day assessment, 1 day report)
Large company size or High Risk:
3-days R22,500.00 ex VAT (3 days) + additional cost per day as required R 7,500.00
